Are all your products made in USA?

We import all of our products from United States, carrying their top confectionery brands – Hershey’s Kellogg’s, Warheads, Jelly Belly, Ferrero, Ghirardelli, Goetze’s, Mike and Ike, Airheads, Nerds, etc.

However, we cannot guarantee all of their products is produced from the United States. 
 

Are your products registered in National Agency of Drug and Food Control of Republik Indonesia (NADFC)?

Yes.
All our products are registered in National Agency of Drug and Food Control of Republik Indonesia (NADFC).

Are your items ready stock?

Yes.
All items are ready stock unless otherwise stated.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes.
You need to set up an account in order to make your order. Having an account with us gives you the benefit as you do not have to fill in your details everytime you shop with us, and we might give you a special promotion for your frequent purchase. You can also track your purchase history and save items for your next purchase(s).

Do you offer international shipments?

We apologize for your inconvenience, at the moment we do not ship overseas.
Currently, we cater to the domestic market (Indonesia)

How long will it take before my goods arrive?

Verifying your order and payments and preparing your orders will take up to a maximum of 24hours after payment has been made. We will immediately send it to the courier service then.

After that, depending on your shipping preference, Fast Service can take up to 2 days and Regular service can take up to 3 days.

I received defect or damaged goods. Can I return it and get a refund?

We will only take responsibility if there are defects in production in the goods received. 
We pack our goods with full coverage (bubble wrap for all shipping) and ensure that the items themselves are not expired or damaged when packing the order.

If the product is defective due to production reasons, the return of goods must be included with the purchase receipt. The product will be replaced with the same item, and if the same item is not available, it will be replaced another item with the same brand and price.

It has been one week and I have not received my goods. Where is my order?

Please contact us at info@eternaland.com and we will kindly assist you on this issue. 
The possibilities are delay in the shipping courier but we will try to help you as much as we can.

I got allergies from your products. I want to claim!

We apologize for your inconveniece but we will not take responsibilities on this issue. 
All our products states the ingredients and nutritions details specificly including any additional warnings such as dairy, peanut, etc.

All our products are registered in National Agency of Drug and Food Control of Republik Indonesia (NADFC).

As a consumer, you should be aware and read the ingredient of any product you consume if you have any certain allergies.
